Trainee - Business Administration

The Trainee in Business Administration will be mentored by our Administration Manager and will complete a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business as part of a formal traineeship. Duties of the role include frontline reception, general office duties, data entry, filing and administration processing.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • General office administrative duties including data entry, filing and reporting.
  • Actioning and responding to all email correspondence
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Warm and Friendly manner
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • Willingness to commit to work and study.
