AGILE DELIVERY DURING COVID-19

Like many companies operating as essential service providers during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, ICA was able to support our clients without disruption. Our flexible and agile nature allowed us to swiftly implement COVID-19 safe policies and procedures, which allowed us to continue operating, installing and commissioning.

In 2020 we navigated lockdowns and border closures in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Auckland, but managed to perform specialist work on critical supply chain and production equipment.

Throughout the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020, supply chains relied on pallet and product movement. This enabled food, groceries and packages/mail to be delivered to supermarkets and homes across Australia. Without ICA’s essential service work, the ability to maintain those supply chains may have been compromised.

Now, as we slowly emerge from this crisis and return to a COVID normal state, ICA will continue to service and support our client base without the many restrictions we faced previously. We hope in the foreseeable future we can all emerge from this pandemic and return swiftly to business as normal, without the restrictions that for some, caused impenetrable road blocks.
